2) By registering, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Users may only maintain one active registration.

3) Fancy Pigeons 4U has been and always will be a Fancy Pigeon Website, the site has its own unique identity in keeping with this subject.


4) By accepting this agreement, you certify that you have no other registration with the Pigeons 4U


5) Any decision made by a moderator is final, moderators know what is and is not acceptable and in their position of trust will act as they see fit, their actions are not negotiable, nor will they be discussed in open forum, any reference to a mod action will be deleted without further comment.

6) Advertising on the Pigeons 4U Forums is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation. This is to include links within signatures and personal profiles as well.
Items for Sale, Must be Priced, this is not an Auction site, any Item not priced shall be deemed as "Gift Birds" unless a nominal fee is called for in the sale.
Any person wishing to advertise, must first seek authorisation from the forum Administrator.

7) No promoting of other competing sites on the Forum.

8) No posting of links to websites that contain offensive language and/or images.

9) If you wish to use a signature or Avatar, it must not have any political, racial or offensive meanings/insinuations, blatant or discrete.

10) Considering the real-time nature of this Forum, it is impossible for Admin to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted.

11) Please remember that Admin do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted.

12) The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this Forum, or any entity associated with this Forum.

13) Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact Admin immediately by using the "PM" facility or send an E-mail to admin about the post.

14) Admin have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if its determined that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that it may not be possible to remove, or edit, particular messages immediately.

15) It is strictly prohibited to post any material which is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful or pornographic, or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality, or rights of privacy) or cause distress or inconvenience or which do not comply with all relevant laws. 16) Member must make at least 1 post per month in order to keep there membership active within the Fancy Pigeons 4U forums, failure to do so may render your account Inactive and perhaps removal from the Members list.

17) The use of bad language, or mock bad language, is prohibited.

18) If you post something that you later wish to be removed, it is your responsibility to edit it.
The process of editing is just as simple as the process of posting.

19) Although this Forum does not review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, Admin reserves the right to monitor and delete any message for any, or no, reason whatsoever and may block or terminate your membership for violating any of these terms.

20) You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your membership and password. Please don't disclose your password to anybody. If your password has been stolen, you must let Admin know. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Pigeons 4U Forum admin and the makers of the bulletin board software, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s)

30) The Pigeons 4U Forum Reserves the right to delete dead registrations IE:- Members who have registered with the forum and do not log in or post within one month or registering, will be deemed to be dead registrations and eligible for deletion from the Pigeons 4U Forum.


31) The copying and pasting of any copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner is not allowed, links back to the original source are acceptable.

32). All users must understand that the Management and members of the Support Team are doing this on a voluntary basis, no one is getting paid for this. We don't want to see any users demanding anything from the Support Team. The Fancy Pigeons 4U Support Team do a very good job in managing the forum so please be patient with us.
